摘要

利用Aspen Plus软件模拟乙酸乙酯-乙醇-水体系先恒沸精馏,再用水作为萃取剂,通过三次萃取精馏,最终得到质量分数大于99.5%乙酸乙酯成品,总回收率约89%~90%,萃取剂通过提馏塔提纯,循环使用.研究思路和方法适用于二元或三元共沸物体系的精馏提纯.

Abstract

This paper uses Aspen Plus software to simulate the azeotropic distillation of ethyl acetate-ethanol-water system,followed by water as the extractant.Through three rounds of extraction distillation,the final product of ethyl acetate with a mass fraction greater than 99.5%is obtained,with a total recovery rate of about 89%~90%.The extractant is purified through the distillation column and recycled.The research ideas and methods are applicable to the distillation purification of binary or ternary azeotrope systems.
