Simulation of Azeotropic Distillation and Extractive Distillation of Ethyl Acetate-Ethanol-Water System based on Aspen
This paper uses Aspen Plus software to simulate the azeotropic distillation of ethyl acetate-ethanol-water system,followed by water as the extractant.Through three rounds of extraction distillation,the final product of ethyl acetate with a mass fraction greater than 99.5％is obtained,with a total recovery rate of about 89％～90％.The extractant is purified through the distillation column and recycled.The research ideas and methods are applicable to the distillation purification of binary or ternary azeotrope systems.
