摘要

由夹套内管、夹套外管等组件组成的夹套管系统用于化工装置中常用的夹套伴热中.在复杂夹套管系的分支线处,需在内管和套管之间增加隔断板,使伴热载体流向单一,以确保良好的伴热效果.本文结合案例分析,探讨夹套伴热隔断板的设计思路,介绍隔断板尺寸、材质、设置间距的要求,对比分析单泵进出口夹套管线设置隔断板的方案.结果表明,通过优化隔断板设置方案,能实现在保证伴热效果的同时节约材料和伴热介质的能量.针对夹套管线施工过程中存在的问题,提出三种解决方案.

Abstract

The jacket system composed of components such as the inner tube and jacket outer tube is commonly used in jacket heat tracing in chemical plant.For complex jacket systems with branch lines,a partition plate needs to be added between the inner tube and the jacket to ensure a single flow direction of the heat tracing carrier and good heat tracing effect.This paper combines case analysis to explore the design ideas of jacket heat tracing partition plate,introduces the requirements for partition plate size,material and setting spacing,compares and analyzes the schemes of setting partition plates for single pump inlet and outlet jacket pipelines,and shows that by optimizing the partition plate setting scheme,it can achieve energy savings of materials and heat tracing media while ensuring the heat tracing effect.Three solutions are proposed to address the problems encountered during the construction of jacket pipelines.
