4M16压缩机活塞环和支撑环寿命偏短原因分析与对策

某石油化工工厂煤油加氢精制装置的4M16往复式压缩机,在中修后,运行仅49天就出现一级支撑环、活塞环严重磨损.针对该往复式压缩机一级支撑环和活塞环寿命偏短的现象,通过分析研究活塞环和支撑环的材质、运行工况、设计尺寸、活塞环开口间隙、活塞环工作温度、气缸含水、活塞杆跳动、气缸注油和气缸镜面等影响因素,分析出本次4M16往复式压缩机活塞环和支撑环寿命短的原因,并提出了相应的整改措施.在对影响因素进行了相应的整改后,有效延长了活塞环和支撑环的使用寿命,降低了该型压缩机活塞环和支撑环的故障,确保了装置生产的安全和平稳.最后,针对活塞环和支撑环的寿命影响因素,提出六点建议,供从事压缩机设备的管理人员参考.
Analysis and Countermeasures for Short Service Life of Piston Rings and Support Rings in 4M16 Compressor
A 4M16 reciprocating compressor in a kerosene hydrofining unit of a petrochemical plant shows serious wear of the primary support ring and piston ring after only 49 days of operation after medium repair.In response to the phenomenon of short service life of the first stage support ring and piston ring of the reciprocating compressor,the author analyzes and studies the material,operating conditions,design dimensions,piston ring opening clearance,piston ring working temperature,cylinder water content,piston rod jumping,cylinder oil injection and cylinder mirror surface of the piston ring and support ring.The causes of short life of piston ring and support ring of 4M16 reciprocating compressor are analyzed,and corresponding corrective measures are put forward.After corresponding rectification of the influencing factors,the service life of the piston ring and support ring is effectively extended,the failure of the piston ring and support ring of the compressor is reduced,and the safety and stability of the plant production are ensured.At the end of the paper,the author puts forward six suggestions regarding the factors affecting the lifespan of piston rings and support rings,for reference of compressor equipment management personnel
