液控蝶阀在水冷火力发电机组当中起重要作用,作为机组循环水系统的重要控制装置,一旦蝶阀失去控制,将造成机组真空低保护动作,机组跳闸.本文针对液控蝶阀油站嵌入式压力继电器存在的一些问题:在线校验过程繁琐、校验时需退备循泵、定值发生漂移不易被发现、易造成蝶阀拒动等,通过改进压力开关取样方式,并在此基础上提出了一种冗余控制油泵启停的控制回路,以提高液控蝶阀设备的可靠性,并设计了一种新的蝶阀全关信号逻辑判断方式,以避免因振动造成蝶阀拒动的可能性.通过改进取样方式和优化控制逻辑,提升了液控蝶阀的稳定性,有效保障了循环水系统的可靠性.
Reliability Improvement and Control Logic Optimization of Energy Storage Hydraulic Control Butterfly Valve in Thermal Power Plants
Hydraulic control butterfly valve plays an important role in water-cooled thermal power generation units.As an important control device of the unit's circulating water system,once the butterfly valve loses control,it will cause low vacuum protection action of the unit and trip the unit.This paper addresses some issues with embedded pressure relays in hydraulic control butterfly valve oil station,such as the cumbersome online calibration process,the need to stop the standby circulation pump during calibration,difficulty in detecting drift in the fixed value,and the risk of butterfly valve refusal to act.By improving the sampling method of the pressure switch and based on this,a redundant control circuit for oil pump start stop is proposed to improve the reliability of hydraulic control butterfly valve equipment.A new logic judgment method for butterfly valve full close signal is designed to avoid the possibility of butterfly valve refusal to act caused by vibration.By improving the sampling method and optimizing the control logic,the stability of the hydraulic control butterfly valve has been enhanced,effectively ensuring the reliability of the circulating water system.
