Post Evaluation and Analysis of Selective Hydrodeolefin Project for Reformate Oil
According to the process flow optimization of a certain refinery,in order to reduce energy consumption and reduce the frequency of clay usage,a liquid phase selective hydrodeolefin facility with simple process flow and extremely low energy consumption is set up in the upstream continuous reforming unit to perform full fraction olefin removal on the reformate oil.After the implementation of the project,the on-site operation is good,and this paper conducts a post evaluation of the project.The post evaluation of the project is based on the basic principles of objectivity,impartiality,science,rationality and seeking truth from facts.Combined with the current actual investment and construction operation situation of the selective hydrodeolefin project of reformate oil,the evaluation is conducted on the pre-construction decision-making,construction process,production operation situation,investment and economic benefits,sustainable development of the project,project competitiveness and success,etc.The focus is on evaluating and analyzing the process technology,energy conservation,investment and economic evaluation of the project,summarizing experiences and lessons learned,and proposing practical and realistic development directions and suggestions that are in line with the actual situation.
