Common Problems and Optimization of Black Water Pipeline of Ash Water System in Coal Water Slurry Gasification Unit
This paper introduces the process flow of ash water treatment system of coal water slurry gasification unit,analyzes and discusses the corrosion and blockage phenomena of the black water pipeline in the ash water system,and proposes corresponding optimization measures from several aspects such as material selection,piping layout,equipment layout and process improvement,providing reference for future design and production.
