摘要

本文介绍了水煤浆气化单元灰水处理装置的工艺流程,对灰水装置的黑水管线存在的腐蚀、堵塞现象进行了分析和探讨,从材料选用、管道布置、设备布置、工艺改进等几个方面提出了相应的优化措施,为今后的设计生产提供参考.

Abstract

This paper introduces the process flow of ash water treatment system of coal water slurry gasification unit,analyzes and discusses the corrosion and blockage phenomena of the black water pipeline in the ash water system,and proposes corresponding optimization measures from several aspects such as material selection,piping layout,equipment layout and process improvement,providing reference for future design and production.
