摘要

采用天然气部分氧化制乙炔,是乙炔工业生产的主要方法之一,其中的压缩工序是天然气部分氧化制乙炔技术的关键工艺步骤.但在实际生产过程中,压缩工序中的管道和设备堵塞问题较为突出,一定程度上影响了装置的连续生产运行.产生堵塞的主要原因是裂解气中含有容易发生聚合反应,生成聚合物的高级炔烃和炭黑,炭黑和聚合物在系统中沉积附着,引起装置堵塞.本文结合生产实际情况,分析了压缩工序堵塞的问题,并从设计、操作等不同角度给出了初步的解决方案.

Abstract

The use of natural gas partial oxidation to produce acetylene is one of the main methods in the acetylene industry,and the compression section is a key process step in the natural gas partial oxidation to produce acetylene technology.However,in the actual production process,the problem of pipeline and equipment blockage in the compression section is more prominent,which to some extent affects the continuous production operation of the plant.The main reason for blockage is that the cracking gas contains higher alkynes and carbon black that are prone to polymerization reactions to produce polymers.Carbon black and polymers deposit and adhere in the system,causing plant blockage.This paper analyzes the problem of compression section blockage based on the actual production situation,and provides preliminary solutions from different perspectives such as design and operation.
