摘要

本文给出了大型塔器采用立式气液组合试验的前提以及主要的试验参数,包括试验压力、最大液柱高度、最小液柱高度、设计液柱高度的取值.结合某乙烯装置中乙烯塔的设计实例,论证了现场立置条件下的大型塔器采用气液组合试验的优越性:将传统的水压试验改为立式气液组合试验,可有效降低塔器重量和土建基础载荷.

Abstract

This paper presents the prerequisites and main test parameters for conducting vertical gas-liquid combined tests on large towers,including test pressure,maximum liquid column height,minimum liquid column height,and design liquid column height values.Combining a design example of an ethylene tower in an ethylene plant,it demonstrates the superiority of using gas-liquid combined tests for large towers under on-site vertical conditions.Replacing traditional hydraulic tests with vertical gas-liquid combined tests can effectively reduce the weight of the tower and the load on the civil foundation.
