Research on the Application of Series UPS Redundancy System in Chip Plant
This paper introduces common redundancy backup schemes for UPS systems and their advantages and disadvantages.It explores the design scheme of a series UPS redundancy system in a chip plant project,proposes the implementation of a PLC as an auxiliary control system for main-backup switching,elaborates on its switching control logic,and introduces the implementation and operation of this scheme in the chip plant project.This scheme not only meets the requirements for power supply continuity and reliability of the chip plant's electrical load but also enhances the maintainability and fault tolerance of the UPS system.
