摘要

码头至罐区低温乙烯管道是乙烯低温储存系统的主体设施,做好低温乙烯管线的保冷设计,以控制管线的冷损失量,是装置正常运行的关键.本文结合工程实例,针对间歇操作的该低温乙烯管道的保冷设计,从材料性能、结构合理性、材料费用、防火性能等方面对比了六种不同的保冷结构方案,最终确定采用PIR(内)+泡沫玻璃(外)的结构,以节省投资,保证管线的正常运行.

Abstract

The cryogenic ethylene pipeline extending from the jetty to the tank area con-stitutes the core infrastructure of the ethylene cryogenic storage system.En-suring a proper cold insulation design for this pipeline,aimed at controlling cold losses,is crucial for the smooth operation of the system.This paper com-bines engineering examples to compare six distinct cold insulation structural schemes in terms of material performance,structural rationality,material cost and fire resistance,specifically tailored for the cold insulation design of cryo-genic ethylene pipeline for intermittent operation.Ultimately,the paper rec-ommends the adoption of a structure consisting of PIR(internal)and foam glass(external)to optimize investment and ensure the pipeline normal opera-tion.
