摘要
碳酸亚乙烯酯(VC)是提升锂离子电池循环寿命和安全性的重要添加剂,市场需求量快速增长.结晶提纯是碳酸亚乙烯酯生产过程中不可或缺的一步,而业内普遍采用列管式结晶器提纯碳酸亚乙烯酯,设备投资大,产品不稳定.本文采用板式结晶器,设备投资小,产品纯度有所提高,并在某项目得到验证,得到质量浓度为99.998%的产品.同时,从设计角度出发,介绍了碳酸亚乙烯酯板式结晶提纯过程的设计注意事项.
Abstract
Vinylene carbonate(VC)is an important additive for improving the cycle life and safety of lithium-ion batteries,and its market demand is growing rapidly.Crystallization and purification is an indispensable step in the production pro-cess of vinylene carbonate.In the industry,tubular crystallizers are common-ly used to purify vinylene carbonate,which requires a large investment in equipment and leads to unstable products.In this paper,a plate crystallizer is adopted,which has a low investment in equipment and can improve the puri-ty of the product.It has been verified in a certain project,and the product with a mass concentration of 99.998%has been obtained.From the perspec-tive of design,this paper introduces the design considerations for the plate crystallization and purification process of vinylene carbonate.
