注塑工艺对连续玻纤增强PA66材料外观质量的影响

在制作玻纤塑料制品的过程中,易出现一种较为严重的表面缺陷,俗称“浮纤”,从“浮纤”现象产生的原因入手,分析了其形成的主要因素,在此基础上通过对模具浇注系统的调整,以达到减少“浮纤”,改善玻纤塑料制品表面品质的目的,研究结果表明,均匀的壁厚,平直而短的流程,较大的流道截面,都可以在一定程度上减少浮纤缺陷的发生。最后深入研究了温度、压力和注入速度对材料外观质量的影响。
Effect of Injection Molding Process on the Appearance Quality of Continuous Glass fiber Reinforced PA66 Material
in the process of making glass fiber plastic products,prone to a more severe surface defects,commonly known as“floating fiber”,arising from the phenomenon of“floating fiber” of,analyzes the main factors of its formation,based on the adjustment of die casting system,in order to reduce the“floating fiber”,the purpose of improving the surface quality of glass fiber plastic products,the results indicated that,uniform wall thickness,straight and short process,large channel section can reduce the number of defects of floating fiber in a certain extent.Finally,the effects of temperature,pressure and injection rate on the appearance quality of the material were studied.
