Maintenance Measures of the Conversion Tube Inside the Reformer of the First Section of the Synthesis Ammonia Plant
Since the establishment of the plant,a series of fine maintenance and preventive measures have been taken to solve the problems in the operation of the first-stage reformer tubes.In order to ensure the performance and activity of the catalyst,strict loading process and sulfur content management were implemented.At the same time,the detailed operation parameter table is made.The importance of controlling the temperature difference of tube row is emphasized,and a series of measures are implemented to equalize the heat distribution.During overhaul,304 stainless steel brush is used to clean the outer wall of the furnace tube,and the furnace tube is regularly tested and replaced as necessary.Through the implementation of these measures,the operation condition of the reformer tube has been significantly improved and the service life has been effectively prolonged.
