The inter stage cooler tube bundle of the rich gas compressor in the 1 million ton/year catalytic cracking unit of Yanan Refinery of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group)has frequent leakage and short service life,which affects the long-term operation of the unit.By analyzing the causes of tube bundle leakage,developing improvement measures,and modifying the inter stage cooler,the use effect of the modification is obvious,meeting the long-term operation needs of the unit.
