催化装置稳定塔底重沸器内漏原因分析及对策

延安炼油厂联合一车间100万t/a催化裂化装置,自2017年5月以来,管线、设备陆续出现腐蚀泄漏问题.其中,稳定塔底重沸器自2017年12月起先后出现二次泄漏.经查阅大量资料并结合实际分析,稳定塔底重沸器之所以内漏,是因为形成了S-H2S-RSH型高温腐蚀环境.确定内漏原因后,技术人员通过对硫-高温-重沸器材质三者内在构成的分析、评估,确定采取对E-303管束材质升级改造的措施解决这一问题.通过更换重沸器等一系列措施的实施,实现装置正常生产,助力长周期运行.
Analysis and Countermeasure of Internal Leakage of Bottom of Stabilizer in Catalytic Unit
The 1 million tons/year catalytic cracking unit of Yan'an Refinery has been corroded and leaked in pipelines and equipment since May 2017.Among them,the reboiler at the bottom of the stable tower has been leaking twice since December 2017.After consulting a lot of data and combining with the actual analysis,it is believed that the internal leakage of the stabilizer bottom reboiler is due to the formation of S-H2S-RSH high temperature corrosion environment.After determining the cause of internal leakage,analyzing and evaluating the internal composition of sulfur,high temperature and reboiling materials,the company decided to adopt the method of upgrading the material of E-303 tube bundle to solve this problem.Through a series of measures such as replacing the reboiler,the normal production of the device is realized and the long cycle operation is facilitated.
