摘要

为寻找加氢尾油裂解制乙烯的最佳工艺条件,分别考察裂解温度、水油比及进料流速对乙烯收率的影响,结果发现最佳工艺条件:裂解温度为855℃、水油比为0.8、进料流速为194.00 g/h,在最佳工艺条件下乙烯收率可达25.48%.

Abstract

In order to study the optimal cracking process conditions to produce ethylene,the effects of cracking temperature,water-oil ratio and feed velocity on ethylene yield were investigated respectively.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were cracking temperature was 855℃,water-oil ratio was 0.8,and feed velocity was 194.00 g/h.Under these conditions,the ethylene yield was 25.48%.
