摘要

为了减少或消除污泥对环境和人体健康的危害,并实现对其资源化、能源化或再利用,提出大型油田含油污泥无害化处理技术.首先,在预处理阶段,将含油污泥进行破碎和混合均匀.破碎的目的是使污泥中的原油和水分尽可能均匀地分散在每个颗粒中,混合则是为了使污泥中的各种成分充分混合在一起.然后,借助化学氧化处理、活性炭吸附处理、生物处理方式,分别降低含油污泥中固体杂质、含油量,以及有机物质含量.最后,采用深度处理方法,如高温焚烧方法,对生物处理后的含油污泥进行减量化和资源化处理.在测试结果中,含油污泥的含油量下降幅度为5.01%,水分含量的下降幅度为6.61%,固体杂质含量的下降幅度为6.00%.

Abstract

In order to reduce or eliminate the harm of sludge to environment and human health,and to realize its resource,energy or reuse,the harmless treatment technology of oil-bearing sludge in large-scale oil field is put forward.Firstly,in the pretreatment stage,the oily sludge was crushed and mixed evenly.The aim of crushing is to distribute the crude oil and water in the sludge as evenly as possible in each particle,and mixing is to mix the various components of the sludge together fully.Then,chemical oxidation treatment,activated carbon adsorption treatment,biological treatment,respectively,to reduce the oil sludge solid impurities,oil content,and organic matter content.Finally,the oily sludge after biological treatment was reduced and reused by advanced treatment methods,such as high temperature incineration.The results showed that the oil content of oily sludge decreased by 5.01%,the water content by 6.61% and the solid impurity by 6.00%.
