Research on the Cultivation Mode of High-Quality Applied Talents in Local Colleges and Universities Under the Background of New Engineering——Taking the Material Science and Engineering Major of Pingdingshan University as an Example
Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading and new engineering,how to train scientific and technological talents to meet the needs of the present and future industrial development is the key problem to be solved.Taking the materials science and engineering major as an example,this paper puts forward a reasonable talent training plan and target based on the needs of local nylon material industry development and school transformation,aiming at cultivating high-quality applied talents,to formulate the corresponding training plan;to scientifically construct the curriculum system to improve students'practical and innovative abilities;to strengthen the construction of the"Double-teacher and double-ability"teaching staff;to enhance the practical operation ability and management experience;We should establish a win-win mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises,fully share the environment and resources,carry out an effective mode of education through cooperation between schools and enterprises,to explore the construction of the characteristic training mode of"Government-industry-university-research-application cooperation,teaching innovation-transformation-integration",and speed up the training of high-quality applied new engineering talents to meet the needs of local industry development.
