The transformation of local undergraduate colleges to application-oriented and technical colleges and universities,and strengthening the cultivation of high-level applied engineering talents have become the new requirements of industry and social development.School-enterprise cooperation is an effective and sustainable way for local undergraduate colleges to realize transformation and development and improve the quality of personnel training.The college actively explores and practices the training mode of pharmaceutical engineering talents,introduces enterprises into the school,and builds a practical teaching base for collaborative education between schools and enterprises.Through the construction of characteristic curriculum system,the innovation of practical teaching system and the integration of teachers,etc.Good results have been achieved in improving the training quality of pharmaceutical engineering professionals,the construction of double-qualified teachers and the construction of scientific research platforms.A phased summary of the practice of pharmaceutical engineering talent training mode based on school enterprise cooperation has been conducted,and an innovative mode has been explored in the training of engineering talents in similar universities.
