摘要

通过单因素实验,分析乙醇浓度、液料比和提取时间对蒲公英根浸膏提取率的影响,再通过响应面软件进行优化分析,结果表明,最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为75%,液料比为5.5,提取时间为4.3 h.在此最优条件下,蒲公英根浸膏的平均提取率为19.41%.实测结果与响应面拟合所得方程的预测值符合良好.

Abstract

The effect of ethanol concentration,ratio between solvent and material,as well as extraction time on the yield of dandelion root concrete was analyzed by single factor experiments.Then the response surface methodology is used for optimization analysis,the best extraction was 75%,ratio between solvent and material was 5.5,the extraction time was 4.3 hours.Under such extraction conditions,the average dandelion root concrete was 19.41%.The result matched the predicted value using Design Expert.
