摘要

胺基聚醚又叫聚醚胺,具有良好的抑制泥页岩分散能力,且不易造成黏土絮凝,是目前钻井现场常用的聚胺类抑制剂之一[1-2].实验室通过酸度滴定法,考察了分子量在200~2 000之间的单胺基聚醚,以及分子量在800左右的混合胺基聚醚对钻井液对泥页岩抑制能力的影响.结果表明,分子量越小,分子量分布范围越窄,胺基聚醚的抑制能力越强,总胺值≥3 mmol/g的胺基聚醚有长效抑制膨润土分散的能力.

Abstract

Amine polyether,also known as polyether amine,has a good ability to inhibit shale dispersion,and it is not easy to cause clay flocculation,is currently used in drilling site one of the polyamine inhibitors.The effects of monoamine polyether with molecular weight between 200 and 2 000 and mixed amine polyether with molecular weight about 800 on the inhibition ability of drilling fluid to shale were investigated by acid titration.The results show that the smaller the molecular weight and the narrower the molecular weight distribution,the stronger the inhibition ability of amine polyether.The total amine value≥3 mmol/g of amine polyether has the ability of long-term inhibition of bentonite dispersion.
