摘要

基于ANSYS软件,建立某20万m3LNG储罐双筏板桩基础三维模型进行隔振设计分析,提出基于质点简化模型求解隔振系数的方法.结果表明,此方法在保证精度的同时大大提升了计算效率,为隔振系数的确定提供理论参考和有效数据;另建立此20万m3LNG储罐单筏板高桩承台基础质点简化模型进行隔振设计分析.经对比,双筏板基础在减小地震响应方面整体优于单筏板基础,但应注意在OBE满罐及SSE满罐工况下,其对外罐与穹顶地震响应的放大作用.

Abstract

In this paper,a three-dimensional model of a double raft pile foundation of 200,000 m3 LNG storage tank was established based on ANSYS software for vibration isolation design and analysis,and a method to solve the vibration isolation coefficient based on the simplified particle model was proposed.The results show that this method not only guarantees the accuracy but also greatly improves the calculation efficiency,providing theoretical reference and effective data for determining the vibration isolation coefficient.In addition,a simplified particle point model of the 200,000 m3 LNG storage tank's single raft high pile cap foundation was established for vibration isolation design analysis.By comparison,the double raft foundation is better than the single raft foundation in reducing the seismic response,but attention should be paid to the amplification effect of the seismic response of the external tank and the dome under the condition of OBE full tank and SSE full tank.
