摘要

从延安炼油厂16 t/d硫黄回收装置原工艺气鼓风机的现场实际运行情况出发,为保障环保装置安全平稳运行,结合目前生产工艺及设备管理要求,分析了单级高速离心式鼓风机在硫黄回收装置生产过程中存在的不足,对原单级高速离心式鼓风机进行改造,并对改造后的多级离心式鼓风机的使用效果进行了简述,为该鼓风机在同类型装置上的应用提供借鉴.

Abstract

Based on the actual operation of the original process gas blower of 16t/d sulfur recovery unit in Yan'an Refinery,combined with the current production process and equipment management requirements,the shortcomings of high-speed centrifugal blower in the production process of sulfur recovery unit were analyzed.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of environmental protection devices,the original process gas blower was reformed and the application effect of the reformed multi-stage centrifugal blower was briefly described,which provided reference for the application of this type of blower in the same type of devices.
