摘要

在我国大力推进碳中和战略实施背景下,促进具有能耗高、碳排放量大等特点的传统石化产业转型升级已经成为产业低碳高质量发展的必然要求.介绍我国石化产业现状、低碳战略及可持续发展路径,以典型石化特色城市——茂名市石化产业五大提升行动的转型升级和强链补链路径为例,探析适用于其他石化特色城市的石化产业低碳发展思路.

Abstract

Against the backdrop of vigorously promoting the implementation of carbon neutrality strategy in China,promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional petrochemical industries with high energy consumption and carbon emissions has become an inevitable requirement for low-carbon and high-quality development of the industry.This paper introduces the current situation,low-carbon strategy and sustainable development path of China's petrochemical industry.Taking the transformation and upgrading of the five major upgrading actions of the petrochemical industry in Maoming,a typical petrochemical city,as an example,and the path of strengthening the chain to supplement the chain,this paper explores the low-carbon development ideas of the petrochemical industry applicable to other petrochemical cities.
