摘要
废矿物油资源化已经成为应对气候变化、实现"双碳"战略与可持续发展的重要组成部分.研究表明,2021年江苏省废矿物油产生量最多的行业是原油加工、汽车修理和汽车零部件生产行业.废矿物油产生量比2014年增长3.1倍,人均产生量略高于福建省.废矿物油资源化能力远大于产生量,47%的处置能力集中在苏锡常地区,采用减压蒸馏工艺+溶剂精制的八家大型资源化企业产能占全省的50%,市场集中度亟待提升.
Abstract
The recycling and utilization of waste mineral oil has become an important component of addressing climate change,achieving a"dual carbon"strategy,and sustainable development.Research shows that the industries with the highest amount of waste mineral oil production in Jiangsu Province are crude oil processing at 2021,automotive repair,and automotive component production.The production of waste mineral oil has increased by 3.1 times compared to 2014,and the per capita production is slightly higher than that of Fujian Province.The utilization capacity of waste mineral oil far exceeds its production capacity,with 47%of its disposal capacity concentrated in the Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou region,and the market concentration urgently needs to be improved.The production capacity of eight large utilization enterprises using vacuum distillation process and solvent refining accounts for 50%of the province.
