Study on the Corrosion Resistance of Graphene/Polyurethane-Urea Porous Films
This paper prepared polyurethane urea elastomer, added graphene, and prepared graphene/polyurethane urea porous film through immersion precipitation phase inversion method. The electrochemical corrosion behavior of 4%,5%,and 6%graphene/polyurethane urea porous films in acid, alkali, and salt was studied. The CHI660E electrochemical workstation was used to obtain the polarization curves in different environments and polarize them.Behavior analysis.Studies have shown that by adding graphene, the corrosion resistance is improved. After reaching a certain threshold, the corrosion resistance decreases;only one peak exists in the polarization curve in salt and alkali, while there are two peaks in acid;in acid The corrosion resistance is the best, followed by salt solution and worst by alkali solution.
