Research and Countermeasures of Emulsion Well in Toputai Block of Tahe Oilfield
With the extension of oilfield development time,natural emulsifiers such as gum,wax and asphaltene continue to precipitate,water cut in single well gradually increases,and oil recovery methods such as water injection and gas injection increase,resulting in crude oil emulsification becoming more frequent and serious.The adverse effects of oil emulsification on oil production are as follows:the rod load increases,the rod break risk increases,and the back pressure of the flow line increases,which leads to the risk of pipeline blockage and leakage.Based on the analysis of emulsifying factors of crude oil in Toputai block of Tahe Oilfield,combined with the field process,the paper has grasped the daily tracking,analysis and combing of emulsifying Wells,and refined and improved the emulsifying well management countermeasures in line with the actual field,solved the problem of emulsifying well management,and contributed the oil well production to the greatest extent.
