介绍一种基于边缘计算的智能技术在监测游梁式抽油机井工况中的应用.目前,孤东采油厂游梁式抽油机基本实现"四化",从而利用"四化"传感器的网络实时采集抽油机运转过程中关键的生产数据,采用边缘计算技术,实现对抽油机井工况的动态监测与智能调节,同时依托油田PCS系统的强大计算能力,实现诊断模型数据的更新,将其与边缘层数据实现联动.边缘计算技术能够迅速并精准地获取抽油机井生产过程中工况的异常状态并实时动态调整,提升生产时率,减少采油成本,保障游梁式抽油机的长时间安全稳定运行.
Dynamic Maintenance of Oil Well Working Condition Using Edge Computing
This paper introduces the application of an intelligent technology based on edge computing in monitoring the working conditions of beam pumping wells.At present,the beam pumping unit of Gudong Oil Production Plant basically realizes"four modernizations",thus using the network of"four modernizations"sensors to collect key production data in the operation process of the pumping unit in real time,using edge computing technology to achieve dynamic monitoring and intelligent adjustment of the working condition of the pumping unit well,and relying on the powerful computing ability of the oilfield PCS system,it realizes the update of diagnostic model data and linkage with the edge layer data.Edge computing technology can quickly and accurately obtain the abnormal state of working conditions during the production of pumping wells and make real-time dynamic adjustment,improve the production rate,reduce oil production costs,and ensure the safe and stable operation of beam pumping units for a long time.
