摘要

天然气自动疏水阀是一种用于固定式气液分离器(压力容器)的自动排液装置,因其设计和制造上的缺陷,阀芯总成固定支座或其排水口在损坏时,由于受到生产现场安全条件的限制,无法进行就地快速维修,给生产的连续性和生产安全造成严重影响.针对该设备存在的问题,对其阀芯总成固定结构进行改进,以实现就地安全快修和降低设备停待对生产的影响.

Abstract

Natural gas automatic trap is an automatic drainage device for fixed gas-liquid separator(pressure vessel).Due to its design and manufacturing defects,when the fixed support of valve core assembly or its drain is damaged,it cannot be repaired quickly on site due to the safety conditions in the production site,which seriously affects the continuity and safety of production.In view of the problems existing in the equipment,the fixed structure of its valve core assembly is improved to realize safe quick repair on site and reduce the influence of equipment downtime on production.
