摘要
通过分析游梁式抽油机的基本原理以及其在石油工业中的重要性,探讨了常见故障对游梁式抽油机性能和经济性的影响.研究发现,液压系统故障、密封装置失效和游梁磨损是影响抽油机正常工作的主要故障.这些故障会导致抽油机的抽吸能力和工作效率下降,增加能源消耗和维修成本.为此,本研究旨在通过深入研究游梁式抽油机的原理、故障及其影响,提出相应的改进措施和维护策略,以改善抽油机的性能和经济性.本研究的意义在于提高石油工业的生产效益和经济效益,增强我国石油工业的技术水平和竞争力.
Abstract
By analyzing the basic principle of beam pumping unit and its importance in petroleum industry,this paper discusses the influence of common faults on the performance and economy of beam pumping unit.It is found that hydraulic system failure,sealing device failure and beam wear are the main faults that affect the normal operation of the pumping unit.These failures will cause the pumping capacity and work efficiency of the pumping unit to decrease,increasing energy consumption and maintenance costs.Therefore,this study aims to improve the performance and economy of the beam pumping unit by deeply studying the principle,fault and its influence,and putting forward corresponding improvement measures and maintenance strategies.The significance of this study is to improve the production and economic benefits of the petroleum industry,and enhance the technical level and competitiveness of the petroleum industry in China.
