Research and Application of Heat Pump Technology in Low Level Heat Recovery in Chemical Production
In response to the problem of recovering and utilizing waste heat(around 70℃)from steam condensate that has not been fully utilized by lithium bromide ice machines,the application of absorption heat pump technology in low level heat energy recovery,waste heat recovery and utilization of condensate waste heat,flash evaporation and other waste heat recovery and utilization were studied.The research and application of heat pump technology in low level heat energy recovery in chemical production combined these aspects,not only recovering a large amount of low-temperature energy heat,Moreover,it solves the problem of flashing and emitting white smoke,while reducing the consumption of fresh steam and circulating water.Through practical application,it has achieved comprehensive utilization,significant energy-saving and environmental protection effects,and has high promotion value.
