基于增强碳素纤维的溶剂型可剥性涂料研究

介绍了一种以乙基纤维素作为主要膜材料,并结合季戊四醇松香树脂以及甘油三松香脂作为成膜助剂来共同构建薄膜.添加适当的碳素纤维作为增强材料,制成力学性能好和具有耐蚀性能的溶剂型可剥性涂料.论述了增强碳素纤维的溶剂型可剥性涂料的配方、配制工艺及涂敷方法.实验表明,增强碳素纤维的溶剂型可剥性涂料的,作为金属产品新的包装涂料,抗拉强度高,可剥离性和防锈等功能好,只需刷涂在金属产品的表面,预设启封线,常温凉干,即可在金属产品的表面形成一层防护涂层.具有膜层抗拉强度好、工艺简单、成本低、效果好、启封快的特点.
Research on Solvent Based Peelable Coatings Based on Reinforced Carbon Fibers
A film was constructed using ethyl cellulose as the main membrane material,combined with pentaerythritol rosin resin and glycerol rosin as film-forming agents.Add appropriate carbon fibers as reinforcing materials to produce solvent based peelable coatings with good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.This article discusses the formula,preparation process,and application method of solvent based peelable coatings for enhancing carbon fibers.Experiments have shown that solvent based peelable coatings that enhance carbon fibers,as new packaging coatings for metal products,have high tensile strength,good peelability and rust prevention functions.Simply brush them on the surface of the metal product,set an unsealing line,and cool dry at room temperature to form a protective coating on the surface of the metal product.It has the characteristics of good tensile strength of the film layer,simple process,low cost,good effect,and fast unsealing.
