Exploration of Energy Conservation,Environmental Protection and Safety Countermeasures in Chemical Process Design
This paper discusses the importance of safety,energy conservation,and environmental protection in chemical process design and their corresponding strategies.To address safety hazards,measures such as controlling reaction process hotspots,preventing hazardous chemical leaks,and real-time monitoring of pipeline corrosion are proposed.In terms of energy conservation and environmental protection,methods such as waste heat recovery in process operations,emission control processes in production plants,and the construction of online monitoring and optimization models are discussed.The research results indicate that by adopting effective strategies and measures,chemical companies can achieve energy conservation and environmental protection goals while ensuring safe production,thereby contributing to sustainable development.
