摘要

收集和整理了土壤重金属植物修复的过程中转基因植物的相关文献,对植物转基因改性的相关成果进行对比,综合分析转基因植物在重金属处理方面的优势与不足,结合目前已验证过的对重金属存在耐受性的植物或微生物,探讨其在今后转基因植物修复土壤重金属的应用前景.

Abstract

This paper collected and sorted out relevant literature of transgenic plants in the process of soil heavy metal phytoremediation,compared the relevant results of plant transgenic modification,comprehensively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of transgenic plants in the treatment of heavy metals,combined with the plants or microorganisms that have been verified to be tolerant to heavy metals.To explore the application prospect of the plant in soil heavy metal remediation.
