摘要
尿素是一种广泛应用于农业肥料、化工原料和生物医药领域的重要化学品,而合成氨则是尿素生产过程中不可或缺的关键中间体.然而,合成氨和尿素的生产工艺涉及一系列的化学反应和工艺步骤,其中存在着一定的风险因素.基于此,针对合成氨与尿素生产工艺的风险评估与优化展开探究,以期为合成氨与尿素生产提供一些参考和借鉴之处.
Abstract
Urea is an important chemical widely used in agricultural fertilizers,chemical raw materials and biomedicine fields.Synthetic ammonia is an essential intermediate in the production of urea.However,the production process of synthetic ammonia and urea involves a series of chemical reactions and process steps,in which there are certain risk factors.Based on this,this paper explores the risk assessment and optimization of the production process of synthetic ammonia and urea,in order to provide some references for the production of synthetic ammonia and urea.
