摘要
四氢喹啉衍生物是一类重要的含氮杂环化合物.经典的波瓦罗夫(Povarov)合成四氢喹啉衍生物的方法存在底物适用范围受限的问题.近年来,以N,N-二烷基芳胺与烯烃或马来酰亚胺合成四氢喹啉衍生物的研究成果,具有底物适用范围广、原子经济性较强的特点.
Abstract
Tetrahydroquinoline derivatives are an important class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.The classic Povarov reaction in the synthesis of tetrahydroquinoline derivatives has the problem of limited substrate applicability.In recent years,research results on the synthesis of tetrahydroquinoline derivatives from N,N-dialkyl aromatic amines with olefins or maleimides have the characteristics of wide substrate applicability and strong atomic economy.
