聚醚共改性硅油消泡剂的合成工艺研究

摘要
合成了一种新型乳液型聚醚改性硅油消泡剂,通过分子设计合成了消泡剂所用聚醚共改性硅油,合成聚醚共改性硅油合成的最佳条件为:反应时间为2 h,催化剂用量为0.2 mL,低含氢硅油/聚醚L61为1:2,反应温度为110℃,产率可达77%.制备的消泡剂与乳化剂、增稠剂等复配,具有良好的消泡性能.
Abstract
A new type of emulsion polyether modified silicone oil defoaming agent was synthesized.The polyether co-modified silicone oil used in the defoaming agent were synthesized by molecular design.The optimum conditions for synthesis of polyether co-modified silicone oil are as follows:reaction time is 2 h,catalyst dosage is 0.2 mL,low hydrogen containing silicone oil/polyether L61 is 1:2,reaction temperature is 110℃,the yield can reach 77%.The preparation of antifoaming agent with emulsifier,thickening agent,etc.,has good antifoaming performance.
