在科学技术突飞猛进发展的背景下,承压类特种设备对于社会经济和日常生活的发展都贡献出巨大力量.基于此,承压类特种设备在各类企业生产中的占比也不断得到增加,这也进一步对承压类特种设备的安全性和稳定性提出了更高的要求.为了更好地保障承压类特种设备的安全运行,无损检测技术发展的广度和深度不断得到拓展.概述了无损检测技术的应用特点与优势,此外,还介绍了不同无损检测方法在承压类特种设备中的应用.旨在更好地总结无损检测技术应用于承压类特种设备的现状,期望提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of science and technology,special pressure equipment has contributed greatly to the development of social economy and daily life.Based on this,the proportion of special pressure equipment in the production of various enterprises is constantly increasing,which further puts forward higher requirements for the safety and stability of special pressure equipment.In order to better ensure the safe operation of special pressure equipment,the breadth and depth of the development of non-destructive testing technology have been continuously expanded.This article outlines the application characteristics and advantages of non-destructive testing technology.In addition,it also introduces the application of different non-destructive testing methods in special pressure equipment.The aim is to better summarize the current situation of the application of non-destructive testing technology to special pressure equipment,and to provide valuable reference.
