某油田南部地区钻井液防漏堵漏技术优化

摘要
针对某油田南部地区钻井液防漏堵漏关键技术难题,统计分析了油田南部地区26口井的井漏复杂情况,综合分析了易漏地层性质与主要漏失原因,探讨了井眼漏失机理.针对不同漏失速度下对应的不同开度楔形裂缝,研选了刚性颗粒(GDJ-1、GDJ-2、GDJ-3、GDJ-4)、纤维类堵漏材料(QDJ-1、QDJ-2)等钻井液堵漏材料,对油田南部地区钻井液防漏堵漏技术进行了优化,形成了具有"强力链网络结构"裂缝致密承压封堵层的钻井液配方.
Abstract
In view of the key technical problems of drilling fluid leakage prevention and plugging in the southern area of an oilfield,the complex leakage situation of 26 Wells in the southern area of the oilfield was statistically analyzed,the characteristics of leak-prone formation and the main causes of leakage were comprehensively analyzed,and the mechanism of borehole leakage was discussed.Drilling fluid plugging materials such as rigid particles(GDJ-1,GDJ-2,GDJ-3,GDJ-4)and fiber plugging materials(QDJ-1,QDJ-2)were selected for different leakage velocity corresponding to different opening wedge cracks,and the drilling fluid plugging technology in the southern area of oil field was optimized.A drilling fluid formulation with a"strong chain network structure"fracture dense pressure sealing layer was formed.
