摘要
在"碳达峰、碳中和"战略目标下,我国海上风电迅猛发展,装机容量已跃居世界第一,海上风电制氢是解决大规模并网消纳难、深远海电力送出成本高等问题的有效手段.同时在"双碳"目标下,对碳排放企业实行碳市场配额总量约束,CO2捕集对企业降低碳排放、减少配额购买费用具有实际效益.海上风电制氢耦合CO2捕集合成绿色甲醇是碳循环非常友好的途径,对推动化工、能源等行业绿色低碳转型,保障能源供应安全具有重要意义.探讨海上风电制氢合成绿色甲醇的工艺方案设计,以期为我国能源领域低碳技术创新和高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
Under the strategic goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",China's offshore wind power has developed rapidly,with installed capacity ranking first in the world.Hydrogen production from offshore wind power is an effective means to solve the problems of difficulty in large-scale grid connection and high cost of far-reaching offshore power transmission.At the same time,under the"dual carbon"goal,carbon emission enterprises are subject to total carbon market quota constraints.CO2 capture has practical benefits for enterprises to reduce carbon emissions and reduce quota purchase costs.The coupling of offshore wind power hydrogen production and CO2 capture to synthesize green methanol is a very carbon cycle friendly approach,which is of great significance for promoting green and low-carbon transformation in industries such as chemical and energy,and ensuring energy supply security.This article explores the process design of synthesizing green methanol from offshore wind power hydrogen production,in order to provide reference for low-carbon technology innovation and high-quality development in Chinese energy field.
