摘要
目的:旨在探究制备液相色谱法在辅酶Q10(Coenzyme Q10,简称CoQ10)的分离纯化过程中的应用,以提高其纯度和产率,为辅酶Q10的工业化生产提供新的思路和技术支持.方法:我们采用了一种新颖的技术方法,旨在除去5-脱甲氧基辅酶Q10杂质,从而改善CoQ10的质量.首先,我们准备了辅酶Q10的混合样品,包括目标产物和杂质.接下来,我们运用液相色谱法,利用某特定参数,如流速、柱温和检测波长,以分离目标产物和杂质.该方法的关键在于对色谱条件的优化,以确保高效、精确地分离出CoQ10.结果:实验结果表明,采用液相色谱法成功实现了对辅酶Q10的分离纯化.通过优化色谱条件,我们有效地去除了5-脱甲氧基辅酶Q10杂质,提高了CoQ10的纯度.同时,该方法也显著提高了CoQ10的产率,使其更具商业化价值.结论:本研究验证了制备液相色谱法在辅酶Q10生产中的可行性和效果.该方法为提高CoQ10的质量和产量提供了可行途径,并为其工业化生产提供了新的思路.因此,液相色谱法可成为辅酶Q10分离纯化过程中的有力工具,有望推动辅酶Q10的广泛应用和市场推广.
Abstract
Purpose:This study aims to explore the application of preparative liquid chromatography in the purification and quality enhancement process of Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)to improve its purity and yield,providing new insights and technical support for the industrial production of CoQ10.Methods:In this study,we employed a novel technical approach designed to remove impurities such as 5-demethoxy Coenzyme Q10 from CoQ10 to enhance its quality.Firstly,we prepared a mixed sample of CoQ10,including the target product and impurities.Subsequently,we utilized liquid chromatography with specific parameters such as flow rate,column temperature,and detection wavelength to separate the target product from impurities.The key to this method lies in the optimization of chromatographic conditions to ensure the efficient and precise separation of CoQ10.Results:Experimental results demonstrate that the application of preparative liquid chromatography successfully achieved the purification and quality enhancement of CoQ10.Through the optimization of chromatographic conditions,we effectively removed impurities like 5-demethoxy Coenzyme Q10,thereby increasing the purity of CoQ10.Simultaneously,this method significantly improved the yield of CoQ10,enhancing its commercial value.Conclusion:This study validates the feasibility and effectiveness of preparative liquid chromatography in CoQ10 production.The method offers a viable approach to enhance the quality and yield of CoQ10 and provides new perspectives for its industrial production.Therefore,liquid chromatography may serve as a powerful tool in the purification and quality enhancement process of CoQ10,potentially promoting its widespread application and market expansion.
