摘要

近年全球各地极端气候频发,各国政府也加快了建设碳排放基础设施的进程.构建碳排放权交易市场(ETS),以引导企业优化生产工艺,刺激有助于企业低碳转型的创新,减少产品的碳排放强度,被证明是低成本且有效的方法.其中以"基准值"为核心的配额方式是最流行的分配方式.但随着生产工艺的进步、产业升级重组,基准值和相关数据也必须周期性地更新,以反应领域内实际生产情况,保证政策的持续效果.由于目前企业碳排放信息尚无统一标准的信息采集手段,若以"普查"的方式获取经济体的碳排放并计算基准值,会存在较大的系统误差,影响基准值的有效性.结合基准值的定义和产业链条的几何关系,进一步标准化处理,推导出产业链中不同产品之间的标准化基准值的关系,提出一种基于梯度下降的迭代式更新算法.

Abstract

In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of extreme climates worldwide,governments globally have expedited the establishment of carbon emission infrastructure.Developing a carbon trading market to guide companies in optimizing production processes and reducing the carbon emission intensity of products has proven to be an effective strategy.Among these approaches,the quota method,centered around a"product benchmark"stands out as the most popular allocation method.However,as production technology advances and industries undergo upgrades and reorganization,the product benchmark and its related data must be periodically updated.Nevertheless,research on the algorithm for updating the product benchmark remains in its infancy.This study amalgamates the definition of benchmark values,further standardizes the relationships,and deduces the connection between standardized benchmark values among different products in the industrial chain.It introduces an updating algorithm based on gradient descent,addressing the current void in this area of research.
