研究背景:截至2022年,我国化工生产总产值已占据全球市场份额的40%.现在,各种化工产品已经被应用到了我国人民的生产生活之中,但随着人们环保意识的增强,伴随着化工产业的发展,其中也暴露出了较多安全环保问题.研究目的:解决现有隔离阀无法及时实现闭合,自动化程度较低,容易导致大量有害气体被排放到空气环境中,环保效果较差等技术问题.研究方法:对隔离阀设置控制器自动控制的液压装置、气体传感器、电磁阀和设置可滑动的安装块、活性炭过滤网.结论:提供的化工安全环保气压隔离阀具有自动化性能较高,环保效果好的特点.
Analysis of Chemical Safety and Environmental Protection Air Pressure Isolation Valve Optimization Design
Uuntil 2022,our country chemical industry total output value has occupied the global market share 40%.Now,all kinds of chemical products have been used in our people's production and life,but with the enhancement of People's environmental awareness,along with the development of chemical industry,which also exposed more safety and environmental protection problems.In the production process of the existing chemical industry,most of the gases are reacted by the chemical reaction kettle,and the waste gas produced after the reaction is discharged through the exhaust pipe,and the isolation valve is just such a valve body that plays an isolation role.In order to avoid harmful gases in the chemical waste gas being discharged into the air environment,most of the existing isolation valves are connected by the way of pipe thread to switch the valve body,which requires manual rotation of multiple turns to switch,can not be closed in time,low degree of automation,easy to lead to a large number of harmful gases are discharged into the air environment,environmental protection effect is poor.The aim of this paper is to solve the technical problems such as the isolation valve can not be closed in time,the degree of automation is low,and a lot of harmful gases are easily discharged into the air environment.Research method:the isolation valve is equipped with hydraulic device,gas sensor,solenoid valve,slide mounting block and activated carbon filter screen.Conclusion:the safety and environmental protection pneumatic isolation valve provided in this paper has the characteristics of high automation performance and good environmental protection effect.
