摘要

酸碱性工业废水是污染性最强的污水,对设备具有很强的腐蚀性,导致工业废水处理设备经常出现事故、老化,让城市工业废水的产出与处理总是处于非平衡状态.研究设备易损、易老化情况,提高防护保护措施,可以提高设备处理效率,减少排放水的污染.根据工程中酸碱性工业废水的处理方法及措施,归纳了常用的处理设备,分析了设备常见的损坏及老化情况,并给出了一些实用的防护及维护经验措施.

Abstract

Acid and alkaline industrial wastewater is the most polluting sewage,which has a strong corrosive effect on equipment,resulting in frequent accidents and aging of industrial wastewater treatment equipment,and the output and treatment of urban industrial wastewater are always in a non-equilibrium state.Research on the vulnerable and aging of equipment and improve protective measures can improve the treatment efficiency of equipment and reduce the pollution of discharged water.According to the nursing methods and measures of acid and alkaline industrial wastewater in engineering,the paper summarizes the commonly used treatment equipment,analyzes the common damage and aging of the equipment,and gives some practical protection and maintenance experience measures.
