摘要
对国内某生活垃圾填埋场沼气提纯制备LNG装置的废气深度处理进行方案设计,创新性采用"压缩+固体吸附+低温分离+催化氧化+固体吸附"组合式工艺,其通过对填埋气体中的H2O、CH4、N2主要杂质及H2S、甲硫醇、油分、O2、CO等痕量杂质组分进行多步分离,产出99.99%和99.999%高纯液态二氧化碳(CO2),经济效益可观,进一步完善碳循环,强化碳资源的深度开发利用,为实现"双碳"目标提供强有力的技术支撑.
Abstract
A scheme design was carried out for the advanced treatment of waste gas from a domestic landfill site's biogas purification and LNG preparation device.The innovative combination process of"compression+solid adsorption+low-temperature separation+catalytic oxidation+solid adsorption"was adopted.By multi-step separation of the main impurities of H2O,CH4,N2 in the landfill gas and trace impurities such as H2S,methylthiol,oil,O2,CO,etc.,99.99% and 99.999%high-purity liquid carbon dioxide(CO2)were produced,The economic benefits are considerable,further improving the carbon cycle,strengthening the deep development and utilization of carbon resources,and providing strong technical support for achieving the"dual carbon"goals.
