摘要

建立了一种基于量热弹-电位滴定仪检测可降解生物胶带中氟元素的方法.通过一系列实验设计,建立了标准曲线,确定了该方法的检出限和定量限、精密度、准确度,并进行了回收率评估.最终确认了检测方法,试样前处理方法和仪器分析条件,并进行了实际试样的检测.实验结果符合GB/T 27417-2017《合格评定 化学分析方法确认和验证指南》要求.该方法操作简单,可靠性高,可弥补当前标准检测方法的空白.

Abstract

In this study,a method based on calorimetry bomb-potentiometric titration was established to detect fluorine in biodegradable tape.Through a series of experimental designs,a standard curve was established,and the detection and quantification limits,precision,and accuracy of the method were determined.The recovery rate was also evaluated.Finally,the testing method,sample pre-treatment method,and instrument analysis conditions were confirmed,and actual sample testing was conducted.The experimental results comply with the requirements of GB/T 27417-2017"Guidelines for Confirmation and Validation of Chemical Analysis Methods for Conformity Assessment"This method is simple to operate,highly reliable,and can fill the gap in current standard detection methods.
