摘要

依托学院以光卤石为原料采用冷分解-正浮选-洗涤法生产氯化钾的中试装置,以原料与水配比、浮选药剂用量、调和时间为分析因素,通过正交实验,以产品中k+含量为主要评价指标,探索氯化钾最优实训生产条件,为后期教学及科研提供有力支撑.

Abstract

Based on the pilot plant of the college that uses cold decomposition positive flotation washing method to produce potassium chloride from carnallite as raw material,the ratio of raw materials to water,the dosage of flotation reagents,and the blending time are analyzed factors.Through orthogonal experiments,the k+content in the product is the main evaluation index to explore the optimal practical production conditions for potassium chloride,providing strong support for later teaching and scientific research.
