Simultaneous Determination of 5 Flavonoids in Ougan Citrus by UPLC-MS/MS
An ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method for the simultaneous detection of five flavonoids in Ougan citrus was established through the optimization of pretreatment and instrument settings.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by alkaline alumina and zirconium dioxide,separated by C18 column,and detected by electrospray technology(ESI)and multi-reflection monitoring mode(MRM).The results indicated that the LODs of the five components in Ou Citrus were 0.015~0.072 μg·kg-1 and the LOQs were 0.050~0.24 μg·kg-1.This method is simple,rapid and effective,which provides a means for further exploration of the functional components of Ou Citrus,and greatly saves the analysis time and cost.
