摘要

主要讨论了油气站场压力容器定期检验无法停机时,对比分析连续测厚法、电磁测厚法、导波检测、超声相控阵C扫描检测、超声相控阵检测、声发射检测、TOFD检测等检测方法的原理及适用特点,最后将各检测方法归纳总结得出,选择合适的检测方法,可以完成不停机条件下油气站场压力容器定期检验工作.

Abstract

This paper mainly discusses that when the oil and gas station pressure vessel can not be shut down during the regular inspection,the principles and applicable characteristics of continuous thickness measurement,electromagnetic thickness measurement,guided wave detection,ultrasonic phased array c-scan detection,ultrasonic phased array detection,acoustic emission detection and TOFD detection are compared and analyzed,in the end,it is concluded that the regular inspection of pressure vessel in oil and gas station can be completed without shutdown by choosing proper inspection methods.
