摘要

近年来,随着石油炼化企业的不断壮大和高速发展,炼化行业对于安全问题日益关注.其中汽柴油加氢装置作为石油炼化生产过程中关键的环节和装置,在该装置的生产过程中若出现异常情况,必须采取可靠的措施来确保整个装置的安全平稳生产.为了极大降低化工装置异常情况的危险性和突发性,多数装置会在生产运行中采用安全完整性等级(SIL)评估方法,并采用安全仪表系统(SIS)来降低汽柴油加氢装置发生危险事故的概率[1].因此,SIS系统对于汽柴油加氢装置的安全平稳运行扮演着至关重要角色.首先介绍了SIS系统的研究意义,其次介绍了胜利石油化工总厂汽柴油加氢装置的工艺流程及反应进料泵联锁设计思路.随后从解决生产实际问题出发,介绍了HAZOP分析和SIL评估方法,并结合某加氢装置反应进料泵联锁事故案例分析进行改进优化,以最大限度减少非计划停车概率、降低操作风险,并为长周期运行提供有力保障.

Abstract

In recent years,with the continuous expansion and rapid development of petroleum refining and chemical enterprises,the refining and chemical industry is increasingly concerned about safety issues.As the key link and device in the process of petroleum refining and chemical production,the hydrogenation unit of gasoline and diesel oil must take reliable measures to ensure the safe and stable production of the whole unit if there is any abnormal situation in the production process.In order to greatly reduce the risk and sudden occurrence of abnormal conditions in chemical plants,most plants will adopt the safety integrity level(SIL)assessment method in production operation,and adopt the safety instrumentation system(SIS)to reduce the probability of dangerous accidents in gasoline and diesel hydrogenation units[1].Therefore,the SIS system plays a crucial role in the safe and smooth operation of gasoline and diesel hydrogenation units.This paper firstly introduces the research significance of SIS system,then introduces the process flow of steam and diesel hydrogenation unit and the design idea of interlock of reaction feed pump in Shengli Petrochemical Plant.The HAZOP analysis and SIL evaluation methods were introduced to solve the actual production problems,and combined with the case analysis of a hydrogenation unit reaction feed pump interlock accident,the improvement and optimization were carried out to minimize the probability of unplanned shutdown,reduce the operational risk and provide a strong guarantee for long cycle operation.
